Queen's Anne Lace?

I know nothing about the Oklahoma wild flowers I realize!
A few Rockies mountain wild flowers, I know, like
Monks' Hood, Indian Paint Brush,
Columbine,...
my dad taught me during our hikes while rock hunting in the Rockies.
I'm trying to identify this wild flower,
can you help?
Is it Queen's Anne Lace?
